  1. The Bonus Bucks Program is operated and managed by First Food Corporation Pty Ltd ABN 48 078 636 423 of 817 Beeliar Drive, Cockburn Central in the State of Western Australia 6164 (“Bucking Bull”).
  2. By providing your details, verifying your unique email address or mobile telephone number and downloading and/or using the Bucking Bull App (“App”), you are consenting to the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement. Bucking Bull reserves the right to change the conditions of the Bonus Bucks program at any time by changing the conditions on their website or application.
  3. Information collected from Members at the time of downloading the App and verifying Member identity is subject to Bucking Bull’s Privacy Policy listed at buckingbull.net.au .
  4. The Bonus Bucks Program provides its members with benefits, and is available through in store use of the Bonus Bucks card or Bucking Bull app, excluding purchases made from third party aggregate partners including but not limited to UberEats, DoorDash, Menulog and Deliveroo or on Catering orders.
  5. Individuals can become Bonus Bucks Members (“Members”) by downloading the Bucking Bull App (“App”) for compatible smart phones and devices and registering and activating the App.
  6. Whilst Members may earn Bonus Bucks points without registering their card, in order to redeem vouchers participants must have registered their card at https://buckingbull.ourloyal.com.au or have downloaded the App and verified their unique email address or mobile telephone number.
  7. Individuals aged under 18 years old must have parent or guardian approval to register for the Bonus Bucks program and the parent or guardian must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
  8. Unless otherwise advised, for every purchase made within a participating Bucking Bull store in Australia, members are awarded 1 point per dollar spent ($10 = 10 points). For the avoidance of doubt, all eligible items in a transaction will earn points. Eligible items do not include any complimentary or discounted items, or any transaction where a discount has already been applied (e.g. Senior Card Discount)
  9. Once the Member as earned 50 points, they will earn a $5 voucher on their account, redeemable at any participating Australian Bucking Bull store. This voucher will automatically be added to your account. You may redeem these vouchers in the App by advising the staff member prior to the start of the transaction. Any costs in excess of the voucher are the responsibility of the Member.
  10. Any vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  11. Points cannot be added after the transaction is finalized.
  12. To the extent permitted by law, Bucking Bull will not be liable to any Member for any reward which a Member fails to receive due to factors outside of Bucking Bull’s reasonable control, including but not limited to the unauthorized use of an Account, Credits, username or password by third parties. Bucking Bull does not accept responsibility if a reward or voucher is used by a person other than the person for whom the reward is intended.
  13. Except as provided for in these Terms and Conditions, vouchers and points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points or vouchers accrued in multiple accounts cannot be combined.
  14. Each member is responsible for ensuring that the correct Points have been added or deducted for an eligible transaction. Members must notify Bucking Bull of any discrepancies as soon as possible by notifying marketing@buckingbull.net.  Bucking Bull will not be able to add Points to a transaction where the App was not scanned, however if a valid receipt is presented by a member and where a Franchisee contacts Head Office to report the error with a malfunction of an account, where verified by head office the eligible points will be added to the Member’s account within 48 hours.
  15. If a Member’s phone is lost or stolen Bucking Bull will not be responsible for any Points, vouchers or rewards lost or accepted through unauthorized use. Any information on the App should not be shared through any digital means, including social media.
  16. Bucking Bull reserved the right to refuse the use of the App if there are grounds to believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful.
  17. From time to time Bucking Bull stores may be prevented from processing a Bonus Bucks transaction due to circumstances beyond their control. If a store cannot accept the App, Members will need to obtain a printed receipt and refer to clause 14.
  18. Downloading and verifying Member identity on the App is free, however Members are responsible for any costs charged by their service provider for internet access to use the App.
  19. Bucking Bull reserves the right, at its complete discretion, to disqualify any Member who Bucking Bull has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, has registered fraudulently, tampered with the Points accrual or redemption process, registration process, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct deemed to impact the fair and proper conduct of the Program. Failure by Bucking Bull to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such offender are reserved.
  20. If for any reason the App is inoperable (including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud or technical failures) Bucking Bull reserves the right to disqualify at its sole discretion any individual who tampers with the App or systems used to monitor and operate the App, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the App. This includes causes beyond the control of Bucking Bull which affect the administration, security or integrity of the App.
  21. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Bucking Bull (including all franchisees, respective officers, employees, contractors and agents) is not responsible for, and excludes all liability (including negligence) arising from, any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of registration to, and participation in the Program, including but not limited to:
  22. Any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference
  23. Accrual or redemption of points
  24. Use of the App or the Bucking Bull website
  25. Accepting, using or taking a reward, entitlement or discount under the Program
  26. Any communication to any Member that is late, lost or misdirected for any reason
  27. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with, and subject to any additional terms and conditions covering any reward, promotion or discount offered by Bucking Bull and in the event of inconsistencies these Term and Conditions will prevail.
  28. Information collected from Members at the time of signing up to the Program is subject to this clause. Bucking Bull collects personal information to conduct the Program and may, for this purpose disclose such information to third parties including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers.  Participating in the Program is conditional upon Members providing this personal information. Bucking Bull may use the information provided for promotion, marketing or publicity, including sending electronic messages.
  29. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, to the exclusion of all other law. Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
